So my trip was on 31st December, 3rd Jan, everything was very good, the hotel was very good, the only disappointment I had was that asked for a window view room, which I did not get, but that too did not matter because the manager of the hotel, Kaushik,l ghoush had given it to me, he was very good, he was managing everything very wellBe it small things or whatever my complaints were, he was managing everything. His attitude and behavior was very good. For the guest, I liked him the best and my family also liked him very much and secondly. The cook should be changed because they do not make good food No matter how many instructions are given, there is only one recommendation that please change the coke if possible, otherwise everything was very good, locality, room service room, hotel staff behavior, everything was very good, it is a neat and clean hotel in gangtok

My stay at Hotel Ricasa was an absolute delight! The rooms are not just rooms; they’re cozy retreats that make you feel right at home. The food? Oh, it’s a culinary masterpiece! Each bite was a journey of flavors. And let’s talk about the views – breathtaking doesn’t even begin to describe it. Hotel Ricasa isn’t just a hotel; it’s a haven of beauty, comfort, and flavor. Five stars are not enough! Can’t wait to be back. ✨
